Terms & Conditions

Delivery

Unless otherwise stated, delivery costs are not included in pricing. Pricing for delivery is based on deliveries to ground floor locations only. Delivery to multi-storey locations may incur additional costs.

Samples

All samples requested will be invoiced prior to despatch and become payable if not returned within 7days. Samples will be credited when received back in a good condition.

Payment Terms

A 50% (non-refundable) part payment is required to initiate your order. Processing of your order will commence once payment reflects in our account. Balance of payment is due on delivery. All goods remain the property of Cn design furniture until paid in full.

Lead times

Lead time range from 3 to 5 working days on 100 items. Cn design furniture will not be liable for any claim arising from failure to deliver or for delay in delivery as a result of unavailability of materials from suppliers, strikes, accidents or any cause or event beyond the reasonable control of our company.

Claims

All our products are quality controlled before despatch. In the unlikely event that damage occurs during delivery or any items are missing, you are required to contact us within 12 hours of the delivery taking place. Depending on the product, we reserves the right to decide whether to repair, replace or make good any products delivered with visible damage at its discretion.
